There used to be a thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess companies these days don't really give a damn. I made an order online and at the end I realized that I had made no specific selection of Pick up or Delivery. I wanted delivery, but my emailed receipt (in less than a minute) said Pick Up - I wanted Delivery, so I called and asked them to change it to delivery. This was all within a minute. I was told that the only way to do that was for them to cancel the order completely...read full review
Would be nice if this location would pay attention when making deliveries. Does no good to be fast when they aren’t accurate. Constantly screwing up orders. Had another half order delivered even though they received full payment.

They take pride in their food and will fix it if it's not made right. The staff is very helpful and made the order right, providing amazing customer service and communication. The #12 on sliced wheat bread is a delicious option. The restaurant is consistent with other Jimmy John's locations, providing a good simple sandwich or snack. The only downside is that the drive-thru may be a bit narrow for larger vehicles.
