Lost our order. Long wait. Food was over cooked and had no taste.

We went this evening and to start things off a lady had her dog in there ( was not wearing a service dog vest )

Lonestar Tavern and Steakhouse & Catering is a great dinner option, known for its tasty chicken fried steak and southern comfort food. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing good service that is quick and efficient. The restaurant is suitable for large parties and offers a kids' menu with various options. The atmosphere is charming, featuring animals on the wall and providing a small-town tavern experience. It is a nice all-around option with a wide selection of menu items, making it family-friendly, with a separate bar available. The menu includes sweet tea, sautéed onions and tomatoes, fried okra, and garden salads at affordable prices. While the outside may not be impressive, the food and service make up for it. Diners have noted that the steaks are huge and taste good, with fried pickles and onion rings being highlights. The bread pudding is also amazing. Although dressing options for salads were limited, the overall experience is country comfort and relaxed, making it a good choice for a sit-down meal.
