Came in there during spring break with my son. We booked an escape room experience at Waco Escape Rooms and walked a block over to Maria Mezcaleria to grab a bite while we waited.
The place is cool-looking and the food was great. I don’t drink when I’m out with my son, so I can’t speak to the drinks, but the mezcal options they had were top-notch.

We stumbled upon this place and decided to try it out for lunch. The food was authentic and delicious, especially the Birria tacos. Our server Ana provided great service and we felt taken care of the whole time we were seated. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for Mexican in Waco!
