Pivovar Reviews
My family and I stayed at the Pivovar for my daughter’s wedding in March 2025. The restaurant was fantastic and the rooms classically authentic. It is a beautiful hotel and is central to everything downtown Waco has to offer! Will definitely be back to try the beer spa! 🍻
Everything is wonderful and the menu was so unique it was hard to choose
Love this place!! Food is so good.

Pivovar is a lively German-inspired venue known for its delicious food, including mouthwatering pretzels and tender schnitzel. The beer they make is solid, and the bar offers a good selection of drinks. Service is attentive and friendly, with young male servers creating a fun and happy atmosphere. The setting and atmosphere make it a great place for a night out, especially in the bar area. Customers often praise the soft pretzel with cheese sauce, which is very tasty. The food is excellent, and the drinks, including beer and cocktails, are impressive. Its close location near Magnolia silos makes it easy to visit, and reservations help avoid waiting. The A/C is nice and cold, and chairs are comfy. Locals often bring out-of-town guests here for a good experience. Popular dishes like Schnitzel and European Sausage plates are highly recommended, and the Texas Pocket Schnitzel is a favorite for those who enjoy a bit of heat. The Czech beer is superb, and the overall quality dining experience makes Pivovar a top choice in Waco.
