Oh my where do I start? Greeter that sat us did her job. She was great. We got our menus and silverware.
Waitress Keegan not so good. Slow slow I’m allergic to garlic and asked her to please put that on the ticket. And please make sure the cooks know. She was okay okay but then went and was talking to others. Had to ask her 3 times for some more tea.
Robert served our food. My husband had to ask him for tartar sauce and ketchup. My potatoes had garlic on them....read full review
Terrible manager service I understand it was Mother Day but we sat there for two and half hours before getting our food. Then when we did get our food they forgot my sister n laws and the manager had the server come out and deliver a message saying she’s SOL. So I’m hoping corporate will have some answers. 0 out 10 would not recommend.
The food was excellent, and our waitress Kayla was outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Red Lobster provides a great dining experience with exceptional service from its wait staff. The food is amazing, and the cheddar biscuits are hot and fresh right out of the oven. The sea food boil is so good and has lots of flavor. The shrimp is good and the tartar sauce is delicious. On a busy day, the restaurant can be short-staffed, leading to delays. Despite this, some servers stand out for their wonderful service, kindness, and efficiency, making a lasting impression. The waitress was phenomenal and had us laughing. The manager also had us laughing when he came over to check on us. The atmosphere does not get a perfect score because it can be freezing.
