Wow. It was so good! I have seen Roni's Facebook videos so much and have ALWAYS wanted to try it. I stayed in Albuquerque last night and was perusing through GH and lo and behold...RONI'S showed up! I went relatively basic; Cheddar n Gouda (extra), Brisket, Mushrooms. I almost got breadcrumbs but didn't pull the trigger on that one. Great food definitely worth visiting
Great first experience!! Food was awesome and the staff were so kind and welcoming! I highly recommend this location! It is worth the drive hour and a half drive and we will do it again!

Based on reviews, Roni's Mac Bar - Union Hall serves fresh and delicious mac and cheese, with plenty of options to choose from including different cheese to add on top and meat. The food comes out pretty quick and always hits the spot. A regular Mac and cheese with brisket and garlic parmesan drizzle is mentioned, though the garlic parmesan drizzle gave it a strong flavor.
