Perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. You could tell there was care in every detail, and John made sure we didn’t miss out on one of the best things on the menu. He anticipated needs before we even had to ask, his timing was seamless, and he struck that perfect balance of attentive without hovering. It felt effortless, but you can tell it’s not, it’s skill.
