The food was great, but the cashier was rude and disrespectful when we questioned the tip being pre-added to our ticket. The owner also came out to the dining room to argue with us, and refused to apologize for the cashier's disrespect. Dinner was ruined, my stomach is still in knots. We were simply questioning the pre-added tip, and weren't even allowed to finish a sentence due to being interrupted. Have eaten there twice now. Very well run, great food and very welcoming staff... we will be back .. again!
We really hate posting this!
We have always enjoyed the food at Gabbys Grill but the last 2 times we ordered out we got food that look like this. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to sell you a dinner that looks like this. I really hope they get it together. On top of this they didn’t send condiments. I guess we should opened up each container to see what they were sending.
