We got a plate. Melt in your mouth brisket.Great coleslaw with peppers and vinegar. It's not the sweet mayonnaise-y stuff. Changed my world ! Beans were wonderful, tooStop here ! Fast and de-e-e-licious !

All I can say is don't judge a book by its cover. This small BBQ business is the bomb, I mean perfectly cooked and smoked brisket and jalapeño sausage. I was working in this town and passed by it for 2 days, but the 3rd day I said forget it im going to give them a chance and I was blown away. This the best brisket and jalapeño sausage I've had in a while. They surpass Hutchins BBQ in Frisco, TX and that's saying something because Hutchins is one of the best joints in North DFW. Thanks for the wonderful meal.

I had a very pleasant take out experience with Weber's. The service was quick and they were very nice. I ordered the three meat plate with two sides and a root beer. Value for the money was just fine.The coleslaw was quite tasty and had a lot of flavors going on there. I'd give that a solid 8+. The potato salad was alright and I'd give that about a 7.BBQ has a nice bark on it, it was well cooked and had really good flavoring. There was however a pretty thick cap of fat on it, which is to say about a quarter of an inch or maybe a tad more. I actually like fat, but I would have preferred more beef. To be fair, I did not ask for a lean cut, nor was it offered. Flavor and brisket I'd give it an 8. I'm not actually going to take off for the fat and it might have been just a bit dry. The jalapeno cheese sausage was alright. Mild flavor and not very spicy. Would give that a 6. The ribs however really did it for me. Flavoring was right on, tender and moist. I'd give that a 9. One of the best I've had.Overall I'm glad I stopped in. Was a good experience and the meal definitely filled me up with leftovers for the next day. When I'm headed that direction again, I could see sharing the experience with my wife and probably dine in next time. Quaint little place with an old town appeal. Bottle opener on the wall for the root beer. I did have to ask a patron to excuse my reach to get to it. ;)

My favorite is the loaded potato. Butter, cheese, sliced beef, Mmm Mmm good.Wheelchair accessibility: There is one little lip at the front door you will need help with, but we are a small friendly town we can get you inside. Or if you prefer there are tables outside for good weather.
I stopped in this little Place in Walnut Springs and had a burrito. OMG it was the best brisket burrito I have ever had. Friendly people great service. I will definitely be going back.
The food was amazing. Brisket was juicy, turkey was moist, bbq sauce was tangy. The German coleslaw was refreshing with just the right amount of acid with the vinegar base. The banana pudding was the perfect ending and so
