“I went to the restaurant and I ordered a Chicken fajita chimichanga and I was totally surprised about that the taste. I've had the same thing at other places and they were good at the time, BUT when I took a bite of my meal at RS4 I was so blown away by the flavor that was in the Chimichanga. I'm definitely going to be visiting this restaurant alot from now on. And I would definitely recommend anyone to go there and give them a chance to impress how good they are !!!!!!”

“Although your choices are limited in Meridian, this is a bright spot and is one of the better Mexican Food restaurants around. We went on a Tuesday night and it was packed, but the service was excellent. I had the street tacos and they were perfect and tasty. My dad got the nachos and they looked incredible and he said they were and had enough to take home for lunch the next day. My wife had the chicken fajita salad and loved it. Brother had enchiladas and they were very good. Mom had the enchilada soup and really enjoyed it as well. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend stopping here if you are in the area. I will be back again.”

“Why give a Subway a five star rating? Because there is a secret ingredient on their Spicy Italian? Because of the scenic dining room view over looking Texas Highway 6? Because their tuna is real? Because of the service. Gary (based on the conversation with the customer ahead of us and who I assume is the owner) served us last night and he was professional and pleasant. The care we had seen him take with the customer ahead of us, who was evidently a local, did not end with us. It's the little things; he smiled, he asked if the mustard, mayo, lettuce, etc were satisfactory, he made sure we were aware of the different color tags on our sandwiches, he tanked us and wished us a good evening, that all added up to a very good experience. The dining room was also exceptionally clean and in good order. It's always great to see someone take pride in their work no matter how trivial it may seem to the rest of us. Thanks Gary! “If you enjoy solid grub and solid scenic overlooks this will be your spot! Enter from the main entrance or the quicker 'back entrance' way. The back winds around and then up towards the nature store and inside area where there is a little petting zoo with goats. I really enjoyed coming here on my way home from my trail race. It's a fun stop and you can do it along with exploring Fossil Rim. You can come without checking the park though free of charge. They have smaller single snack serving plate (veggies, hummus, cheese etc) or sandwiches and full meals. The sweet tea was pretty good and they also have hot chocolate for the kiddos, coffees, fountain drinks. Even on a rainy day I saw families and people coming to enjoy the overlook in the back. They have an area to sightsee and get views of the animals from the top. A must see if you are in the Glen Rose and Fossil Rim area.”
