All I can say is don't judge a book by its cover. This small BBQ business is the bomb, I mean perfectly cooked and smoked brisket and jalapeño sausage. I was working in this town and passed by it for 2 days, but the 3rd day I said forget it im going to give them a chance and I was blown away. This the best brisket and jalapeño sausage I've had in a while. They surpass Hutchins BBQ in Frisco, TX and that's saying something because Hutchins is one of the best joints in North DFW....read full review
I had a very pleasant take out experience with Weber's. The service was quick and they were very nice. I ordered the three meat plate with two sides and a root beer. Value for the money was just fine.The coleslaw was quite tasty and had a lot of flavors going on there. I'd give that a solid 8+. We got a plate. Melt in your mouth brisket.Great coleslaw with peppers and vinegar. It's not the sweet mayonnaise-y stuff. Changed my world ! Beans were wonderful, tooStop here ! Fast and de-e-e-licious !
