It’s not easy to make great barbecue and Webers does it day in and day out. I know of no other barbecue restaurant that cooks a brisket as perfectly as here: the brisket melts in your mouth.
They prepared sliced & chopped brisket, sauce, onions (raw & pickled) pickles, potato salad and banana pudding for my family reunion for 35 ppl. OUTSTANDING???. Everyone bragged and wanted to know where I got it!! We have some pretty good outdoor cooks in the family and they might have been just a little jealous???!

We got a plate. Melt in your mouth brisket.Great coleslaw with peppers and vinegar. It's not the sweet mayonnaise-y stuff. Changed my world ! Beans were wonderful, tooStop here ! Fast and de-e-e-licious !
