Extremely rude experience! The white cashier was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I was having a conversation with another cashier when she interrupted us in a very rude manner. She insisted that because she ‘took the name on the order,’ she was the only one who could speak to me. Completely unnecessary and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Terrible customer service!
Elizebeth was back in the back mentioning my name too others while i was waiting on her to bring me my teas. And she didn’t even put ice in both my teas.
I had to go back once to get my drink they forgot. Then they forgot my dessert and the manager couldn’t even be bothered to speak with me even though I could hear him telling them employee what to say. Very rude and unprofessional. And they don’t state anywhere that they don’t do refunds on online orders. $80 spent and they couldn’t even get my order right. It’s a wonder they’re still in business
