“If you’re looking for amazing Italian food, you’ve got to try Bocca. The pasta is seriously the best, so fresh and full of flavor. The short rib and osso buco are insanely tender and just melt in your mouth. Even the appetizers like the pulpo and scarpetta are ridiculously good. We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

“My wife and I decided to try this place out! They make their own bread in house, the Philly cheesesteak is full of flavor and the ingredients with the bread compliment each other very well! One of the best I’ve had! Highly recommend! Side note: to the people who have scored this establishment very low...shame for not using common sense! The place is new the previous establishment Which was a pizza place moved out Phillys took over and if you get lost it’s your own fault if you don’t look at the street number which is clearly on the door!“

“Had brunch at this site for my son's birthday. Service was prompt, helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious and brought to the table quickly. I had a chicken kale salad. Very fresh and tasty. Son had a beautifully crafted meat/cheese tray along with a fresh chopped salad. Hubs had a delightful salad accompanied by crispy grilled bread. We were gifted a delicious birthday tiramisu dessert to top off the brunch. We will definitely be repeat customers!“

“My family and I ate here for a special graduation event and I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! Family friendly, great food, and soooo personable! They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again. “Moni's pizza is the very best in town. I ordered my pizza through the Slice App and they messed up my order. When I got home with my pizza and realized that it wasn't what I ordered, I contacted them and they we so nice about it and did everything to correct the problem. They went over and beyond to fix the situation to my satisfaction. I will never use the Slice App again because they only credited 30%of my money back. They made sure they kept their portion. I just sliced the Slice App from my phone. I will never order pizza from anywhere else except Moni's. Staff are wonderful and the Pizzas are delicious!“

We also had someone, who I believe was a manager, come by to check on us and he even brought our drink refills while our server was busy with other tables. “We have been here many times and usually go for my birthday. It’s the place I always pick. It never disappoints. It’s a small restaurant that doesn’t care about mass producing food to serve high volumes of customers. Everything is extremely fresh and is prepared by the order. Yes, it’s more than all the bad chain restaurants, but you get what you pay for. I’ve had the quail, Buffalo mozzarella, and Italian sausage appetizers. They are all so good it’s hard to choose. I’ve had fish, multiple Buffalo cuts, the filet, ribeye, bone in ribeye, etc. it’s all amazing. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Highly recommend! We have eaten here since 1984 when they first began. It is family owned and operated. They have low carb choices as well as the classic dishes. If you don’t see it on the menu, just ask since everything is fresh prepared they can probably do it! If you prefer veggies for the pasta they easily accommodate that! Love the flexibility of ordering. Love the wait staff that knows our favorite booth! Ask for Shezar to wait on you. He is the best!“
