“I have been coming to this location for over 20 years! (Not sure if it’s been the same owners) but when I was 4 or 5 I wanted a Barbie snow cone, which they didn’t have. The man working there made me up one and the next time I went Barbie was on the menu. Still is! Now that I gave kids I love telling this story. :)“

“We saw an advertisement about this place and decided to give it a shot. We only live a couple miles away.

The inside is very clean and fairly simply decorated but I like that. Especially how clean everything looked.

We opted for spring rolls to start. They came out very hot and I enjoyed them. Then my wife had a poke bowl and i ordered sesame chicken. I was very surprised how good my sesame chicken was. There was a nice crispy texture and tasted fresh. She loved the poke bowl as well.

We will have to plan another trip.“

So looked for a cupcake place near by and came across Smallcakes.

Thankfully they were open late so we stopped by. Everyone was friendly. Place was neat and clean.

I got a cupcake smash. Cut in two horizontally with a scoop of ice cream in the middle all in a cup. Was delicious.

Took a few more home for the family. Was a true treat. We’ll be back.“

Communication was excellent - we pre-ordered food and asked the servers to space out appetizers and pizzas and I felt like there was always food available for our guests. We used drink tickets and that process was an easy way to keep track of the tab for our group. We had access to an area in the back of the restaurant that also had a door to the outside area. We had a TV that we were able to play a slideshow on and our guests enjoyed that. We were scheduled for the space from 5-8, but ended up staying until they closed because everyone was having so much fun. I always enjoy their beer selection and I'm not even a big beer drinker! A great spot for a party or a fun Friday night out.

The positives: amazing burnt bacon ends, amazing beans, self serve onions, pickles, and jalapeños is a plus, potato salad was decent and different. Overall good food, but certainly not the best.
The negatives: brisket (i got mixed) was extremely dry, and the ribs although good, very small for the price. Staff was excellent and very friendly
I personally think this is a decent place for BBQ, and have a good meal with friends and family, but if your looking for the best or the great ones, I wouldn't put this place with them.“
