Been going here for years. Service keeps dropping and now finally bottomed out.
The last time and last order. Details.
1. Ran out of celery. OK. Refund my money as I paid online. They gave me an attitude for wanting the refund and not accepting $5 worth of ranch dressing a a reasonable substitute.
2. How long does it take to key in a refund? 10 minutes, 2 employees and FINALLY a manager comes up to help. Reciept they gave me has a new lower total. ...read full review
Order was wrong AGAIN. This time I actually called to report as the wings were not the flavor I ordered and so hot they were not edible to me. They refused to remake them b/c their fryers were already turned A FULL HALF HOUR BEFORE CLOSING. They did say they would refund...but only the part of the order that was made in error.
