This Location was EXTREMELY busy when we came in. However Josh’s at the front nice greeting us right away, and Alexandria our Waitress was outstanding. Super attentive, nice and had a great smile. I had a bit of a hiccup with my order on 11-16-25, but it was fixed quickly by my waitress Leslie and the MOD Miguel. I really appreciated how they resolved my issue, I'll definitely be back because they have excellent customer service skills!😁

Pam Cooper was honestly the best server I’ve had to date. She was so kind and had the best recommendations. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she asked lots of questions trying to figure out what would be best for me and what she delivered was absolutely amazing! I’ve been to multiple different Chilis locations but I’ve never had a server that was so patient and willing to understand with their customer as Pam was.
