Had the beef enchiladas with red sauce, would have loved the cheese enchiladas better but it's not on the menu. The beef enchiladas a slight miss, on the sazón could use some more. Chips/salsa were great and beans
Best enchiladas in Waxahachie! Seriously. After living in New Mexico for years I have been craving a red chile sauce enchilada that matches the quality and taste of what I experience in Mew Mexico. I finally found it at El Encanto! The red sauce is home-made. The verde sauce is good as well! Chips and salsa are great. And the owners are awesome! Great addition to downtown Waxahachie and the Rogers Hotel!
