First the good. There was plenty food for a little over ten bucks. The String Bean Chicken, Broccoli Beef and Fried Rice weren't bad. The chicken in the Orange Chicken was good, but overall was soggy, not crispy enough and needed more orange. The hunt for good Orange Chicken in Waxahachie continues. Service was very good, music drowned out by mechanical noise, probably just A/C running, it is after all, summer in North Texas. Cheers.
Scheduled a mobile order for inside pick up. Had it down for a 715p pick up. On my way there I had another request for a bowl so I went through the drive thru at 705p. I mentioned the mobile order they said we will get started on it. They gave me the bowl and told me to wait in the front for the rest of the order. So I waited till 725p and I went inside to see what was the hold up. They said the chicken ran out so cooking up a new batch and it's about to come out in one minute...
Food is good, but Danielle or Daniel how you spell her name needs to work on her customer service if I would’ve been able to pull out of the line without ordering I would have done that because she sucks at taking orders and has horrible customer service
