Come on, give us a break. I just purchased a two peace spicy white with red beans and rice. The chicken is definitely not spicy and the red beans and rice have no flavor at all. The same goes for my husband meal. You need to do better than this. The Popeyes in the Arlington Parks Mall runs circles around you. If you can't do better, just close. We all pay way too much money for this type of quality. There's no proud or quality in the food you serve. I won't be back, as far as I'm concerned, Waxahachie doesn't have a Popeyes.

Everytime I come here nobody is working, right now 2 workers are outside flirting while one person does all the work. Last time I came no one was answering the drive thru and when I drove up to the window they were all hiding and talking

The chicken wrap was a joke (Where is the lettuce? Why is the chicken the size of my pinky?) 😩 I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru (with a mobile order).

There is absolutely no reason to sit in the drive thru for more then 20 minutes and when you get to the window the employees are scrolling on their cellphone!
This is probably the worst Popeyes I have ever been to in 33 Years of life. There was no chicken available and the wait was 30 minutes , there was no jelly for the biscuit and the employee responded “what “ for everything instead of excuse me . Fire and rehire the whole staff just disgusting
