The RC in Waxahachie, Tx has gone downhill so much in the past year. They park you on orders and then forget about your order. You end up having to call them or go in to get your food and they admit they forgot you. When you do get your order it is wrong and you don't receive the items you paid extra for.
They’re up charging you for the regular sized drink that’s INCLUDED in your meal.
Disappointing with their idea of quality. I purchased 25 piece tailgate 1 tender was 2", 3 were 3" or less and if you see my photo the last tender on right was acceptable- it was "standard" 4" tender. I paid for 25 tenders and I got 25 pieces but 3 were a poor excuse of a tender. 1 employee moving around was great 1 employee walked around behind counter and in back and never said 1 word to me and he passed in front of me at least a dozen times. 2 on registers never learned...read full review
