Rude Shift Manager, lacks Customer Skills. Food order was simple Fries and Chili. Fries were old and Chili tasted sour. Called to store The "Manager" refused to provide store manager. I asked why they served poor quality food. She hung up.
Horrible customer service! You can tell the employees do not want to be there and are very short with their customers. I ordered a sweet tea with my meal and it tasted like chemicals. Almost like they used mop water to clean the tea pitcher. I circled back around and told them about the chemical taste which only confused the drive thru attendant. PLEASE SHARE TO HELP OUR TRUCK DRIVERS!!!! Some things are just going to have to give a little. My brother is a truck driver and was in Waxahachie Texas this morning. Finally found a food place open but of course drive up only which would be the Wendy’s fast food chain.
