Possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life eating out. We came in, 4 total, wanting to sit on the patio. The host first asked the server standing there if they would be okay serving us outside. Fist red flag. Secondly it took 25 minutes to get drinks. We asked for additional salsa 3 times before it was brought. The server acknowledged this as well. The server claimed the “bartender hated her” which is why our drinks took forever. Over all, food was really good but service needs some attention. We won’t be back.

First time going here and it was amazing. I love the decor and our server named. Richard was so helpful and thoughtful in all our food entrée choices. Give this man a raise!!! We will definitely be coming back to try the Tres leches cake!

The ice cream with my children's kids meals was a surprising hit, our server was kind and efficient, but I was super disappointed with the chicken quesadilla. There was honestly only a few shreds of cheese per piece and the chicken was spicy (hot), meaning that I couldn't share with my youngest, as we usually do. Hopefully the lack of cheese was a one off thing, but I won't order it again. I will, however, go back to Chuys for another try.
