Visited 11/8/21 for late breakfast - our first visit to this chain or restaurants. My wife had a sandwich and I had the biscuit/gravy/egg/bacon plate. Wife not impressed with her meal but mine was very good with a fresh biscuit. Place was very clean, well laid out tables/booths, ADA restroom, outdoor dining and take out available.

DON'T waste your money or time at this place Its sub par food at a ridiculous price. Nothing special. Also the guy who runs it his name is Amin he and another guy named Chris are by far the worst people to run a restaurant ive ever seen. The employees are constantly threatened daily with being fired, demoted,or cut in pay. They will promise you a certain pay when they hire you but you will never see that pay ever. Amin and Chris speak horribly to the employees on a daily basis they talk down on them tell them they are nothing and curse them out. They will stress you to your core if your an employee. The threat of being fired or demoted everyday will make you so sick it hurts and the pay is as ridiculous as them they will say you can make 11$ or 12 $a hr but when you start he will get mad at something you did and then all of a sudden you making 9$. They also dont train you correctly just shove you in a store and say have fun. If it is for food or work stay away from this place this is a warning to everyone. Also not lgbt friendly beware!!

Took awhile to get our food. The price for orange juice was $7.00. My latte was $5.00. Short staffed, dirty tables. The food was OK, and pricey.

Vactioning here in Webster to head to the beach in Galveston. This location was close to our Hotel. With such a disappointment in the quality of the Springhill Suites By the Marriott HORRIBLE... This little place made my morning... Me and my son tried the Classic Yummy. Eggs, Bomb Bacon, Hash Browns and Toast. I wasn't disappointed at all. Total Waffle House experience but with a upgraded restaurant vibe. Food was great would give 5 stars but I think with a touch of renovations it would be perfect. It looks like they opened this location after another established closed down.

First time at this cafe. It took a little while to get our food, but I'm pretty sure everything is fresh and home-made so I was okay with the wait. Service was okay, my order was put in wrong though so I didn't get quite what I asked for. I would come here again, but order something other than the breakfast sandwich because the bread was quite soggy and just fell apart. The prices also seemed a little steep for the portion sizes.

Feel sorry for the staff, poorly trained but trying hard. Food was decent. Men's room had water every where on the floor, the place needed someone cleaning

Sorry to say I was a little unimpressed. The food was adequate but nothing special. Service was okay. You are told to take any table and handed a menu and told to go to the counter to order and self serve your drinks. Then someone brings your order. I think they are confused. Are they a restaurant or a fast food joint?

My first time at this cool breakfast spot. I got the healthy plate with egg whites. Very tasty. I just wish i got more food (i guess that's why it's healthy!)

This restaurant is called Eggcellence which implies that they have excellent eggs here. The truth is they use liquid egg...I ordered the Avocado toast which is not open faced as Avocado toast is expected to be, it's a sandwich with the smallest bit of Avocado and the liquid egg and a few onions and jam. Overall the "toast" has potential because the flavor combination is good, but they simply used such low quality ingredients that it was a disappointment especially for $10! The "toast"came with hashbrowns which were fine but nothing impressive. Finally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking. The water glasses were not dry and had stains on them. Additionally, the syrup was not clean and had I ordered something that needed syrup there would have been an issue. The floors were mopped, but had streaks all over the ground like they had been mopped with dirty water. In conclusion, this place has potential but I doubt it will last as a business unless they change a lot of things.

Don’t know how to get through to fry cooks everywhere...when I say I want my hash browns WELL DONE..!..I mean nearly burned they and thru.....scattered and deep-fried if necessary....not just brown on top, and white, greasy, and raw in the middle...otherwise.., the meal was great...staff and service .., excellent ...will be back...but fix the hash browns..!!

We had high hopes but we're very disappointed. My wife and I both ordered the Classic Yummy. We upgraded our pancakes, mine Carrot Pancakes and hers Berry Berries Pancakes and we had fresh OJ. The OJ is a 6oz serving for $8, total rip off. The upcharge for the Pancakes is $3.99, which wouldn't be a big deal but they brought out two silver dollar size Pancakes for each of us. The eggs were nothing special and the bacon was overcooked. The coffee is self-serve but the regular was out and it was only 0900, why is the coffee out already?! We waited 15min for fresh coffee. The atmosphere is not great at all. Scratched up walls and fogged out windows. It still has signage from Steak and Shake up. There are better places to go.

Every Sunday we like to try something new. We should have tried another. The young man at the counter was the best part of our experience, I got the eggs Benedict over cooked and salty, my husband got the Sirloin and eggs, too much Curry seasoning and just not good and my husband eats most anything. Overall over priced for the experience.

Parking lot was full of broken wood and just trashed. Walked in to pick up my to go order and the lobby smelled like sewer. Lady who cashed me out was rude as heck and very unwelcoming. My food was sitting on the counter even though I arrived right at 15mins which was the time I was given by phone when I ordered. Definitely isnt worth $29 for 2 egg sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN. This was our first time and will be our last.

The food is good. The service was slow. Maybe because it was extremely busy
