Everybody who knows me knows how I feel about Five Guys. I spend so much money a week eating here so I’m very upset and disappointed in what happened today. I go out of my way to drive to the Five Guys on Bay Area. I WILL NEVER eat here ever again. The way I was treated and disrespected by the staff and manager all because I wanted to add an extra patty was uncalled for. They hung up in my face and refused to serve me and give me a refund.
