My first time here with a group of 7. Cute ambiance. Counter service was quick and polite. I had a pulled pork sandwich and corn on the cob. The food was okay. The corn on the mushy side. The BBQ sauce not as good as the other bbq place I frequent. I wish they had real plates and forks. Kind of messy.

I’ve been going to this place all year and I gotta say, it’s my favorite place to go out to eat with the family. Potato’s are loaded, their bbq sause is delicious, and the puddings are to die for. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for some good bbq
The best! Anytime I am in the area I have to get Rudy's BBQ. I love the chopped beef sandwich so much I buy for me and most of my family also.. an excuse to come visit and bring food. I no longer eat bread but you can't go wrong with brisket. I have also ordered sliced brisket and it was wonderful.

I had not realized how much I missed Rudy's BBQ. I used to stop in here all the time to grab some breakfast tacos. Always a bonus to take some to my friends and co-workers. No frills. Fast efficient service. Love the ice chest of sodas and beers. Very Texan. I had dinner with family here this week. I will make sure to stop in more often when I am in this part of town.

I honestly think this is the best bbq in Texas. I have been here twice now -- once in Corpus Christy and now here. Both times, the BBQ was honestly the best I've ever had. I ordered the moist brisket, ribs, and jalapeño sausage. All of it was SO good. Also, we used the Tesla charger behind the place, which was extremely convenient and fast. If you want the best BBQ in the state, come to this place.

Everything is usually great, but sometimes, when I get home & open my peach cobbler, it is nothing but a dried out crust with very little peaches or filling. One time, it was actually burnt crust. The person who waited on me this last time let me taste it first before I bought it. The banana pudding was not tasty at all. The one & only baked potato I got was so hard to the point that I couldn't even mix it.
I had a breakfast burrito and it was quite decent.

Excellent BBQ. It’s pretty hard to differentiate yourself in the BBQ game, but the smoke flavor of the brisket was extremely unique. If you like a great smoke flavor they may be the best. I’d highly suggest the pork ribs and moist, worst word of all time, brisket. Skip the coleslaw and beans, but the potato salad is excellent. I’m actually shocked that I’m giving a good review with how bad the coleslaw was. I believe good BBQ needs good coleslaw, but the meat was enough to convince me. If you’re looking for a solid meal, you will not be disappointed!
