“Came in to use points on a free cookie and after they processed my order it turns out they didn’t have the cookie that I wanted ready and could not refund my points.

Spoke to a manager and did have to call him back for an update on how to get my points back. They were not able to refund them, but I was able to come back and get the cookies that would have been covered with my points. Julian the employee there when I picked them up was very kind and was sorry about my experience.“
