i called ahead of time to order, they said 20 minutes but it was over 40 minutes
i told them over the phone i wanted, flour tortillas over the phone and in person but didn't put any flour tortillas and they are EXTREMELY SLOW very disappointing
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT! VERY disappointing!! I prefer to travel to another location!
just had an other bad experience with el pato wrong order to go. i had a similar issue a couple of months ago where i went inside to order to go and they served people that ordered ten minutes after me and inhad only ordered 3 patos. i asked for a refund and called the company number thia place is falling and they dont care aboit customer experience. i miss them from the 90 where the quality and experience was on point.
