“The manager could use better communication and problem solving skills. She is very dismissive of her team. She had one worker cleaning windows during the lunch rush, one cutting meats and the other working counter and drive thru alone. She was walking back and forth and was asking the worker at the counter of the status on the bread and he tried to explain and she said ok give me a second yet SHE didn’t help and sent the other male worker outside to work on windows when they had a line and drive thru and inside. The female seemed to be a new worker and was getting “trained” yet did not know what she was doing, not her fault.“
“This place is probably the only subway that actually adds extra veggies when I order extra spinach. It came out even better than I expected and they made it with detail instead of a blob of mess I've gotten elsewhere. The only downside is the touchscreen for the drive thru, other than that I really liked my food from here.“
“I choose to drive to this location for Subways because it is the one in town that always is the best. Having said that something has changed and I am hoping they work it out soon. The restaurant is clean, the staff is pretty friendly, but ordering outside at the kiosk is kind of wonky at best. If you make a mistake you just have to live with it because once you pull up the staff doesn't come and greet you immediately. I really hope they read this and check in more readily. I needed to switch a veggie and had to just deal with it and go home and make the change there. I have always loved this location and all the staff here, but like I said something has changed. Maybe it's just me, but unfortunately I will be taking a break from Subways and we used to go 2-3 times a week.“
