Got the coldest burger one could get. Not one, not two but four burgers. They were also dry not juicy. The avocado burgers don’t have avocado one had a hairline piece on there and the other one had the avocado black! Not to mention fries were hard as well. The wings we ordered tasted like they were reheated from days ago. They were hard as a rock. Oh and ranch is not included you have to order on the side. Great experience, summer was the best ! Great customer service
Online orders were not fulfilled for the Super Bowl. This was said by one of their own employees. Although they stated they were prepared, clearly they were not. My question is, if you knew you were backlogged on orders, why allow more orders? Greed. Thankfully, I got a refund, no apology tho. I wonder how many people didn’t go back for their refund though. Highly irresponsible, no accountability whatsoever.
