“The experience was alright but they should also manage the doors as children can leave easily without any parents supervising them. It was quite loud but I managed it well and just focused on the party I was invited in. I'm still shocked on how everything completely changed. Even most of the games got inflation or something because most of the games are 4 points. I think I miss the old token system more. Since we where able to manage our amount every now and then instead of now where kids just run around and don't spend it wisely.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of arcade games got sure“
“Some tvs were not working, and what was being shown was a previously played game. Nothing live. It was also It was way too expensive for "okay food." Lastly, I'm not a drinker, but my buddies were not pleased with the 3 beer limit at 7pm.“
“Every single staff member was ON IT. On a cold and rainy Sunday afternoon, they are quite literally feeding this town. I came in for Take Out and waited a few minutes for my order and in the short time I was inside, the entire staff worked in harmony and like a reeeally well oiled machine. “I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service at this little cheesers! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. There was a short line, but it moved fast. I haven't been to a little cheesers in a few yrs so some stuff was new to me and the employee was patient and professional. They all communicated with each other enthusiastically and when the person at the register didn't have a line he was helping his Co workers. Everyone was busy, moving fast, and they all seemed happy. I will be returning specifically to this place because of their customer service and wonderful attitudes. I wish I'd taken note of their names because they were awesome! Keep up the great work!“
