It was love at first sight!
Cute cozy space, a beautiful vetrina display full of many different flavors of pizza and most importantly, a pizza dough like the one you find at every corner in Rome.

Their white pizza makes me feel like I'm back home in Rome. SPECTACULAR. Warm it up, add some mortadella and you have a classic roman snack.

I searched highest rates pizza in Austin. And it said hone slice. This is so far off from the truth. Baldnuccis isn't even in the top 10. Goes to show how little the internet really knows. This is the best pizza in austin. It's not even close. There is other good pizza but it's not even in the same universe as

The pizza here is fire! Just like NYC, you pick your slice, and they heat it up for you! You can add anything you want to your slices. We got regular pepperoni, which I added hot honey. A Quatro Funchi. My boyfriend got a buffalo chicken slice and supreme. He added buratta to both of them. This is by farn still our favorite pizza place in Austin!
You can not go wrong with any slice.

I’ve never had Roman pizza before and it did not disappoint. My favorites are the nonna and pepperoni pizzas + garlic knots. So delicious and I love that you can order by the slice.

A CRUST WORTH EATING...
Ordered the Pesto Tomato, with pesto sauce, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, romano cheese, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic glaze.
The flavor combination on this slice was exquisite. I loves the salty cheese with the sweet tomatoes and tangy balsamic.
What surprised me the most was the crust. As an American I've grown up eating around the cardboard crusts a la Papa John's et Pizza Hut. However, biting into the crust of the pizza from this establishment opened my eyes to the possibility of genuinely excellent pizza in Austin.
The Gelato is deliciously sweet and refreshing. I ordered the Lampone (raspberry) and strongly recommend this flavor. I'm not sure if it's made freah, but it tastes like it.
The staff and service was friendly and laid-back, leading to a veey comfortable and welcoming environment.
I proclaim Baldinucci Pizza Romana the #1 Pizzeria in all of Austin Texas.

I've been wanting to try this place sooo much but I came very far for it!! This is the best pizza in austin I've been to many other places. Best crust, and high quality ingredients. They have ny and Roman style slices and many different kinds of Roman pizza!! I've been there on a trip and this definitely took me back!! I highly recommend it!! I wish they had a more north location as I might actually go there every day if they did!!

Their Nonna Pizza is just amazing, you can feel a Grandmother’s love in that pizza just as the name suggests! Their Fig and Arugula Pizza with Vegan Cheese is just amazing! Vegan Cheese tastes delicious! Just mouthwatering! Try their Garlic knots, it’s just delicious and light. You’ll crave for more!
To top it all, they’ve the best pistachio gelato!
Overall you’ll fall in love with the place and food!
