If you find yourself at Laurel inside Hotel Viata, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar, specifically wherever Juliana is!! Hands down one of the best bar experiences I’ve had in Austin.

It was cold in the restaurant and it’s very nice a hotel bar and restaurant… It’s very quiet and the loudest thing was the bartender talking to the tv.. he was quiet funny and seemed to manage every few people that seem to stagger in .. I would come back but the prices are pretty wild $15 Caesar plus $33 salmon… I highly recommend the Buratta but make sure it comes with the focaccia.
