First time at this location and it will be the last. Everything was off, and theres no customer service amung the whole establishment. Not to mension my food tasted horrible, the worst double cheese burger I ever had from a McDonald's. I highly recommend going else where. Save yourself.

I don't recommend this location, first location I've had a bad experience at here in Austin. 1: I used a deal from the McDonald's app which I use almost every other day at the Parmer location and all of the sudden it didn't go through when she said okay she got it.. pulled up to the window and it was double what I usually pay2: the cheese WAS COLD fresh out the fridge. The biscuit was much worse than the McGriddle but I only took a pic of the McGriddle3: no receipt so I can't even get money back or even compensated for the deal I didn't get... 1/5

Most of the employees at the location are rude, lazy and ineffective. The best employees here are Sebastián and Veronica. They work hard and are kind and caring. Make them the GMs for the location.The restaurant is often filthy dirty, as well as the bathroom. Especially, the drink dispenser counter. THE DAMN PAPERTOWEL DISPENSER HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 4 MONTHS, AND THE AIR DRYERS DON'T ALWAYS WORK!!! COME ON MCDONALD'S, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!The sidewalks are often dirty and sticky from drips from the trash can and the homeless who hang out here often make a mess.This morning, I noticed that the U.S. Flag has been allowed to fall into a tattered state. It was ONLY put up when there was a meeting being held at this location by what looked like they could be corporate members of the company.

But 9/10 they will mess up your order or send you to the parking lot only to forget about you. Staff does not seem trained or know what they're doing. Yikes. Like all establishments lately there are too few employees working at any given time.Simple order was sent back numerous times before finally getting it right.Ordered via the kiosk and watched several customers who ordered after me receive their orders. Once an employee acknowledged my presence, I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes to which she rolled her eyes.Finally paid cash and that seemed to irritate her as well.My total was $8.32 and I paid with 9 dollars.She struggled with the math before handing my change.This franchise used to be good,fast and dependable. Now, not so much.
Worst McDonald's I have ever been too the little Mexican girl at the register tried to charge me for extra sauces even though the kiosk said I get 3 then she proceeded to slam the sauces down on the counter if you don't like your job quit it's McDonald's it's not hard. Then she made my iced coffees way earlier then my food came out and didn't even tell me the ice already melted this McDonald's is the WORST NEVER GO HERE

Went to this McDonald's and ordered a Big Mac, Double Quarter pounder, fries and a large drink. Fries were yummy as always, Double Quarter Pounder was good. My Big Mac was not the quality you expect from McDonald's. The top portion of the Big Mac was missing the patty, sauce, cheese and lettuce. Someone was being lazy and did not prepare my burger properly.

Went to this McDonald's and ordered a Big Mac, Double Quarter pounder, fries and a large drink. Fries were yummy as always, Double Quarter Pounder was good.
