P. Terry's Burger exceeded expectations!
Extremely flavorful patty, fresh toppings, and toasted buns.
Unbeatable value for price - quality ingredients, generous portions.
A must-visit burger joint!
Super rude employees. Attitude every time. I think this location gets very busy and they just don’t know how to handle it. It’s a mess and long wait times. Also, fries are soggy most of the time. See photo. Don’t recommend.

Nothing crazy but always a fresh tasting burger on the go and their fries are wonderfully seasoned shoestring. I add onion and pickle to my burger which are free but be careful cuz the onion is diced so it's easier to eat but strong and usually heavy. Don't forget to try a milkshake!

Just a solid burger for a good price. Now they have spicy special sauce but still lack any extra toppings like mushrooms with their Swiss. I think people would go more often if they offered some variety.

First time to P Terry's, and I was impressed. I got the double, and my kid got the single patty. It was cooked just right, and everything was fresh. Randomly bumped into friends which made it even better. The order took a bit longer than expected, and a lot of staff were standing around. (After working at Whataburger for 4 years, there's no reason for staff to stand around.) I'll definitely come back.

The unfriendliest and slowest P Terrys in Austin. I work close and frequent this location and have yet to have a positive experience. It’s disappointing because I’ll prob just start doing lunch elsewhere.

Long time P Terrys customer. This location at least has gone to crap. They’re slower, less responsive, and rarely speak English. Based on the drive thru line - which seems less crowded every year - at least it seems other customers agree. After messing up my order I had to enter an empty store where I waited for 5 minutes with no one helping me. After trying to get the workers attention in the back I got reprimanded for having the audacity to ask for help in English instead of apologized to for all the problems and lack of attention. Awful experience.

Guy/worker taking the order rude and rushed
While waiting for an order at the window men gossiped very unprofessional and the food was disgusting.

Food is always good!
Our food took a very long time to come out in a not very busy store. And this store is set up weird where everyone waiting for their order is clustered in front of the entrance door.

Just stopped for some of P. Terry's great french fries and a soda at lunch. Two relatively long lines in the drive-through, but they moved quickly and efficiently. Great service!
