“Went out for dinner while camping near by. Good food and great service. Lots of families and locals, which is always a good sign. Will visit again next time we're in town.”
“This little bar is great. Has a lot of things to do. You have the regulars in the afternoon (you can hear some tall tales). They have a Apa pool league Monday thru Thursday evenings. They have shuffleboard, karaoke, darts, bands (like Marcus Lindsey) and the bartenders are friendly. This is beer bar but they have set up for you to bring your own liquor.”
“I work around these area and today 03/27/24 a guy passed by where I was working and gave a me a flyer to her Asian/Chinese food restaurant and decided to go and MAN THE FOOD WAS GOOD❗️very good customer service and very very nice people 5 star ”
“Excellent, Authentic, Texas cue. Pit smoked BBQ they way us Texans like it along with home made classic sides. The stuffed baked potato is gigantic. Texas twinkies are amazing. Everything is delicious!”
“Family owned business and the best pizza I’ve ever had!!!Vegetarian options: I really don’t know if they have more options but the veggie pizza is unbelievable!! Sooo good!”
“Nice indoor dining experience, great variety on the menu, food was brought to us so good service, and food was amazing and pretty cheap. Definitely a 5 star all around, highly recommend coming here and I will be coming back.”
“Honestly, this is really good sushi/sashimi. They've done a wonderful job of updating the interior (but maybe they're saving the bathrooms for now - at least they're very clean). The food was good and the price is right. Service and management were friendly. This is out of the way for most sushi eaters, but Quinlan is becoming a hot spot for locally-made great food. Even my non-sushi eating mother was pleased.”
“I love this place. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant. So cozy. Their Lone Oak Latte is delicious. Order it with 50% less sweet if you don't like things to be too sweet. They have wings that come with fries and eggs and a lot other things in between. They also sell really cool salsas and salad dressings and nicknacks like that. I go here and work for several hours and it's just a perfect spot.Parking: Store frontWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get into the shop for a wheelchair”
“Absolutely the best in Quinlan. Get the big square pizza. OMG it's amazing. The knot rolls, perfection. Nothing on the menu is bad.Parking: Usually easy, can be a little tough when it's busy but there are places nearby that don't mind”
“Amazing food and great DG courses. Could play all layouts and different courses ALL DAY LONG. Very friendly. Love the breakfast and lunch options for players and non players. Owners and staff SUPER KIND, CARING, AND GENEROUS. Want to come back!!!!”
“I tried this place a few days ago and I've been back three times, since I'm working in this area. Great Donuts great atmosphere service is good. I still like Shipley's but I think this place got Shipley's beat ir close to it.”
“We're came here as a group with some coworkers.. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the good was amazing and the service was great. Definitely recommend.”
“I was very impressed with this location. This Subway was one of the cleanest I have walked into. The manager was very respectful along with his crew. This Subway actually had enough workers and they were fast and friendly. I 100% recommend this location.”
“Recommended by a local, I went to have lunch. Pleasant, busy, delicious. I wasn't rushed, and the staff is cordial and attentive. Good prices, quick service, comfortable seating.”
“This is my hometown favorite store to go to the store employees treat me like I am family and then they always have a cheerful mood and upbeat personality. I'm happy to shop and see the employees everyday ☺️”
“Definitely has to be the best taco I've had in a very long time all the Mexican places up in this area suck I would give the other star but they definitely have to put a sign up to specify that they're open was very vague if they were open or not and investing a little bit of money in the actual restaurant itself would be nice to see”
“Stopped by for lunch. Had the enchilada special. Service was excellent. Food was fresh & prompt. This place is popular any time of day & the location is a good one. The table across got fajitas & they smelled heavenly.”
“We were camping at Lake Towakani and it was too cold to cook at camp. One of the things we like to do while visiting the state parks is find local restaurants and support them. We are glad we did. 4 breakfasts and a small pecan pie, and slice of berry crumble pie was $69. Which seemed reasonable. Our server was spot on with the coffee and drink refills. Our food did take a little bit to come out but we were not in a rush and it was good to get out of the cold. Would visit again if we were in the area!”
“So comfortable and the young ladies very nice and helpful it was my first time so they helped me with the best coffee!! Will come again when I’m around Quinlan!!”
“Just happened to stop in while coming through Texas. The service was polite and helpful. The food was hot and good. The price was affordable. It was actually between meal times, but the restaurant was accommodating. We would recommend this restaurant.Parking: On Hwy 380 East.”
“Stopped in for lunch before heading back to DFW. Will known chain around this part of Texas. First time to eat here. BBQ was good and large portions. Easy access of of the main highway.”
“First time to Vaquero's Cafe & Cantina in Steiner Ranch, celebrating a family birthday during happy hour. Enrique was our man behind the bar, and he did a fantastic job! Thank you Sir! Happy hour is a pretty good deal, $7 house margaritas and 1/2 price appetizers. The margaritas were good. The last one we shared was the Volcanrita, a frozen top-shelf margarita (after HH) add that was the best one of the evening! The food was good too... the complimentary chips came with salsa and creamy jalapeno sauce, both were very good. We added an order of the queso supremo (queso loaded with refried beans guacamole, crema, pico de gallo and cotija cheese, and we added ground beef), and that was good as well. Food, round two, was jalapeno poppers. The poppers were served piping hot (perfect) with chipotle crema. Very tasty! Next up chicken taquitos... stuffed with cheese as well, and served with regular queso, pico and sour cream. We did not care for the regular queso, the queso supremo was better. Overall, the taquitos were a good choice, also served piping hot, and very tasty. We were not as excited about the botana nachos which came out next. First, not really nachos, think tostada, cut into quarters. We added beef. They arrived bit over cooked. The beef was good, and the dish came with the usual suspects, lettuce, pico, guacamole, sliced jalapenos, sour cream. Overall, Vaquero's was good! New place, new building, all nice and shiny. The decor is pretty cool! Service rocked, food was decent. A solid 4-star performance. We'll likely go back and try some non-happy hour fare. We watched a lot of that coming out of the kitchen, it looked very good, and smelled even better! Recommend Vaquero's... Sorry not more pictures, folks coming and going for almost three hours, forgot about the pics! LOL”
“Awesome food and awesome staff!!! It’s so fresh and good, many options something for everyone. Great family spot to grab a bite to eat! 10/10 would recommend ??”
“We love this place! Definitely not the place to go if you are in a hurry, but they have very good food and do give generous portions for a good price. It does take a little bit to get your food because they make everything fresh. I love their fresh tortilla chips topped with crema and cheese. Some of the sauces are spicy with their breakfast dishes, but everything we have tried has been good. You can't go wrong here with the food!”
“This is one of my favorite Dairy Queen's. Quinlan really doesn't have a lot going for it, especially food wise... But this Dairy Queen is definitely a win for poor old Quinlan.”
“There was only one young lady working and had a line waiting but had a awesome attitude and she made five sandwiches for me in record time and keep her cool and the food is always great.”
“We haven’t eaten at any Popeyes in years because of horrible service and chicken size and quality dwindling. We forgot about this location and decided to give it a try. We have been back two weeks in a row and are very satisfied. Customer service is top notch. Food quality and quantity is great. The manager is always there working with the team and making sure orders make it out. There is a wait sometimes but, we don’t mind if means we get fresh hot food. We will be back.”
“Depends on what day you go and what time of day. Weekday mornings are great. Service is good and food is fresh. Specialty hot coffees not so much. Be sure and check it before you leave. Weekends are horrible. Slow service. Long lines and not so clean restaurantKid-friendliness: Has indoor play place.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and tables suitable for wheel chairs”
“Always fast, always accurate, and consistent food quality makes the Taco Bell seriously one of the best places to eat in Quinlan!I've been to this location dozens of times over the past year and I've always gotten exactly what I ordered and exactly what I expected. That being said, it is Taco Bell - fast food at lower prices so don't expect a gourmet experience. But compared with other Taco Bells and even other fast food places in Quinlan, this location is amazing!”
“I was part of the rockin blues band Crazy Uncle Bill .. I did not eat but all the food looked great and service was right on bartender and waitressesParking: Plenty of parking near two doorsKid-friendliness: I did not see any kids but the menu will fitWheelchair accessibility: Yes”
