Received my sandwich from delivery. The bread was stale. Half of the top bread was missing. Only 1 triangle of cheese. Meat was on the outside of the bread. Lettuce was slimy and brown. Spent $15 for something I had to throw away. Very disappointed. Called for an hour and no one picked up the phone. Will continue to call.

This is the Subway in West.. Always great service, never out of anything and my wrap is always spot on. Always great service. Other locations i have had issues with my wrap being correct.

The girls that work here are SO SWEET. They helped us find my daughter’s missing Elf on a Shelf and made a point to sew her skirt back together while keeping her safely tucked away until we returned from vacation. Thank you Libby and friends, y’all saved the day!

This place rarely has meatballs ready for sandwiches, and not bc they don't have any, bc they don't want to make any. I've heard an employee complain about getting orders bc he doesn't want to make them. These people need better management.

Worst service ever! The 2 teenage girls that were supposed to be working would rather talk to each. This my second time there and definitely will be my last. I thought hell I give it another chance nope was not any better. The bread was stale as crap when we got home. Worst subway sandwich I have ever eaten. I would really like to speak with a manager. Worst service I’ve ever come across in a subway. Teenager and a woman working. Woman walks off and hides in the back. Kid making sandwiches for people who aren’t even in store. Neither of them even acknowledges Mine or my wife’s existence in the store at all. Finally just walked out. Keep in my mind. There is absolutely no other customers in the store except for me and my wife. If you don’t want to actually do your job. Just don’t work there.
