Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). Very disappointing. The burgers were terrible. They were SOOOOO greasy. And the bread was soggy and had to be pulled off. The blizzards went everywhere because they didn't give us lids. one burger was partially unwrapped. I grew up with D.Q. and it was always great. This location needs a revamp. Not going back.
The workers were doing their best but the location was clearly understaffed, causing lengthy delays and a bit of chaos inside.

Dairy Queen offers excellent service and facilities with friendly staff. The drive-thru is efficient, and the chicken fingers are good, while the steak fingers were dry. The manager and cook are very friendly, attentive, and all about customer satisfaction, even with spills. Tator tots are highly recommended. The location is lovely, with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful employees. Customers enjoy hot, fresh food with crispy goodness and nice portion sizes, often enough for two for around $20 including a drink. The staff, especially in the drive-thru, are friendly and enjoyable to deal with, making visits pleasant. However, the grass and weeds outside are often overgrown, and some may wish for better landscaping. Overall, this Dairy Queen is a popular choice for good food and friendly service.
