“I initially ordered, and didn't have the best experience, about a month ago. I reached out to their customer service a couple days after to inquire about a refund. In which I'm glad I didn't get one, because the owner/GM called me to get more understanding of my grievance. He apologized and made up for the bad experience. Great customer service!“

“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“My grandson was recently transported to cooks here in Fort Worth and we had to drive all the way from San Angelo to be with him, we ended up getting a hotel and saw Parton’s flashing lights and needed some dinner after a long day. The food was amazing so we ended up wanting to order another pizza and the cashier asked if we were from around here. I said no and explained our situation and why we were in town and she ended up giving us the pizza for free and was so kind and nice. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our family and friends! Oh yeah did I mention how amazing the pizza is? (;“

“Hole in the wall place that was a converted Pizza Hut is quaint, but they need to fix some of their flooring. Service was absolutely amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. The sauce wasn't as fantastic as I had been led to believe from other reviews.“

“I took my family to eat here because I had a pleasant experience last time I went, which was about 10 years ago. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and the hostess took my name. I told her we preferred a booth (I have many reasons why we prefer booths, one of which is I have an anxiety disorder and find it difficult to eat when strangers can watch me). She said "no problem". When we sat down to wait, there were 3 booths open, nobody sitting in them. A few other parties came in after us, 2 of which were immediately seated (one of those just sidestepped the hostess & seated themselves) and one which were seated in the waiting area with us to wait. When the hostess said we could be seated, she said "sorry but there are no booths available" even though there were 2 open & empty, so we were seated at a table in an open area next to the bar. (There were no signs at the booths saying "reserved" or "private", either.) Immediately after we were seated, the OTHER party that came in after we did were seated in one of the open booths. The server tried to say they had a reservation, but I don't believe that, because if they actually had a reservation, why did they have to wait in the waiting area for 5-10 minutes, instead of being seated right away like the others who had a reservation? I think the truth is that they were friends of the hostess or somebody, and so they got preferential treatment. Neither I nor my family will ever bother trying this place again, and I am going to notify people on my social media to avoid this place as well. It's a shame because if we were treated well, we could've spent a lot of money in there as well as brought in more business. Oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“Saturday night, I placed a order online for a large magnifico pepperoni pizza. When I went to pick up my order, I was surprised to see only one person, cooking the food, answering phones and ringing up the orders. I was amazed. She told me the staff left at 10pm and she was running the store while her daughter did the deliveries until the store closed. She said her name was Lauren and she was the manager there. I couldn't be more impressed. Also, the pizza was delicious. Thank you Marco's! You have an amazing staff.“

“My daughter and her family went to dinner today 03,12,24. The American manager treated them really bad, she made them wait 40 minutes with empty tables, she yelled at my daughter several times and my granddaughters witnessed everything, they started crying, my daughter was in shock and trembling because I didn't know why I treated them like that, the manager treated everyone who came very kindly except my daughter and her family, in the end she kicked them out of the restaurant for no reason, I am very angry about this incident, how sad that There are people like that in this world, I hope they fire her for being so rude, we will never set foot in that restaurant again because they are racists who don't know how to work and are worthless“

Made an online order for my JROTC student, he and his friends were supposed to walk across the street at 615 after practice to eat before the meeting at 7. He calls me at 5 telling me that the Sargent said they can't leave at all. Pizza is paid for . Called these guys up, let them know I messed up and needed that pizza within like 10 minutes. Super helpful. Super understanding. It was ready in 7. Fantastic customer service skills and great pizza to boot. You can't ask for a better combination. Thank you Marcos. “We found this place from a Google search that led me to keto friendly restaurants. I thought pizza isn't easy to make keto but blaze pizza pulled it off. For 4$ extra you can get a keto crust, and the build you own option is limitless toppings. I loaded up my side of the pizza and my girlfriend went my traditional with pepperoni and beef. Best part, that pizza split between the two of us was so tasty and filled both of us up
Update looks like both this time and last we had the cauliflower crust not the keto, the keto is apparently significantly smaller but for the same price. I'm also not sure if they removed the limitless toppings; I didn't see any signage and the pizza seemed more expensive than last time“

“I was there from 5:00-6:00 yesterday. Whoever was making the pizza from 4:30 - 5:00 is the best. The thin crust was crunchy. The regular crust had the perfect ratio of fluffy to crispy. I never knew Cici's Pizza could be this good. This was 3 times tastier than anything I've ever tasted from Cici's Pizza in Arlington and Grand Prairie. The only reason I was this far on the west side of DFW was because of work, but I'm glad I tried this Cici's out before heading back to Arlington.“

“We arrived on this Friday night and my hopes were dashed a little when we had to park in a muddy parking lot next to the restaurant. All that disappeared the minute we walked inside. You’re transformed into not just a restaurant but an experience. They had the best blues band playing but not so loud you couldn’t talk. Then the sweetest hostess took us right to our booth. As we walked thru the restaurant we noticed families and patrons of all ages. They were met Emeline who was quite possibly the best server we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. So sweet, personable and guided us thru our entire night of beers, appetizers and main dish. We will always ask to sit in her section when we come back. So the beer selection is large and don’t forget to ask for tastes. They are very friendly with letting you try before purchasing one. I happened to love the Hoofer’s Hef which is a great aromatic Hefeweizen. We started with two apps. The BLTA dip which comes out with crisp and delicious pita triangles and this unbelievable cheesy dip that is out of this world good. We also had the Brussels sprouts and I’m quite the expert on good Brussels. These were by far the best Brussels I’ve had EVER! No kidding they were cooked perfectly and even had cranberries in there that gave it a little extra push to perfection. After seeing all the pizza around us we opted to split the Carnivore of Love. It was awesome! All those meats on top and the crust was so good. Only thing wished for was a little stiffer crusted underneath to hold it up. So we had to eat with a fork. It was cooked though so not complaining. Every Friday and Saturday they have blues bands that play. We loved that it wasn’t too loud like some places where you can’t even talk. This is our new favorite date night spot. So many things on the menu I we want to try and absolutely loved the atmosphere they had on this Friday night! BIG WIN!!🏆“

“I ordered pizza and wings from pizza patron last night and OMG...they did an amazing job! The pizza was super fresh and hot. The pizza was absolutely perfect and I couldn't ask for better!! The lime and pepper wings and Garlic parmesan wings were the absolute best!! You guys deserve 10 stars. You guys have great service and great food EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Loved it!!“
