I have been a long time customer of Hinze's. I picked up a to go order last night. The food was not up to Hinze's usually good standards. I decided to call back in the morning bc it was right before closing time on Mother's Day evening. I have worked in the food service industry for years and know that right before closing at night after a busy night is not the time anyone wants to talk about orders that were not up to par. Great food and best pie ever😀
I always like the taste of hinze'sbarbecue but this time I practically got no meat on a $16plus plate. It contain one slice of brisket cut in 4 pieces and
4 thinly slice sausage. Anyways never again.
