They open at 5am but it was about 5:10am and there was a car in front of me that hadn't given their order. I pulled around the vehicle to the first window and an employee was just getting her cash drawer ready. She ignored me and walked away. I drove to the Gladewater McDonald's for my meal. This location has a history of always opening late. This needs to be addressed by the owner!
terrible service and cold food don't waist your time with all the other McDonalds around just choose a different one
Was in the drive through and they asked me to pull around to wait. I asked how long, because I had waited 18 minutes the last time they had me do that, the lady didn’t know so I asked for my money back. The manager jumps in and proceeded to lecture me in a rude way on how they had to service their other customers in the drive through. All of the other customers were behind me and I had waited on my turn for several minutes. As I left I realized why they needed me to pull around....read full review
