Got home with two pretzels, they were cold, greasy and hard as a rock! Very disappointed, I have had these many times and they are not supposed to be like this! Only abt a mile from Sonic so that is not reason it got cold. Even if they get cold you can reheat but you can do nothing for hard as a rock!
Another thing about White Oak Sonic, they NEVER answer their phone, today or any other day I have tried to call! Guess I will have to travel a few miles to go to another Sonic.

Did great but I told them to not forget my receipt for the 100$ of burgers. But they did anyway. Oh well
