“We went here on a Friday afternoon, it was really good! I loved the barbecue sauce because it's not sweet it's more tangy then anything. The Mac n cheese had hot cheeto dust on top for some spice and I liked it! Sweet tea wasn't to sweet which made my happy! I think I payed $22 for a 2 meat plate with 2 sides! Not a bad deal! My husband and I will definitely come back here.“

“Place is great, food is amazing. Sometimes it is hit and miss on the size of the baked potatoes but either way delicious. Dining in has always been perfect, my only knock is when ordering to-go. I don't if its the app they use but i've ordered to-go 3 times back to back to back and each time my order was wrong, But oh well, either way great place to dine in“

“Hosted our Staff Appreciation Dinner here tonight and I would recommend having your event here 1000%. From the start Lisa was very professional and helpful with planning our event. When I got there early before our guests arrived, our two servers (I apologize I don’t remember their names I wish I did because they deserve a shoutout) were already on the ball to make sure our evening was enjoyable. Everyone arrived, we ordered, they brought our food, food was amazing and they did not let anyone’s drinks get low. The servers worked VERY hard and did an exceptional job!! I can not say enough about how wonderful it went from beginning to end. 28 of us with no hiccups..Thank you for making our evening special!“

“Update 2026. Good BBQ. Other person ordered ribs. Had to send back. Dried up like jerky. Way over cooked. I got the moist brisket. Excellent. Hate to see what the regular brisket is like. But the moist is the way to go. Other person replaced their ribs with the moist brisket when they saw mine. Staff friendly. Nice having the condiment bar. Only complaint. Everything is Al cart. No meat plate or sandwich basket with sides included. How hard is it to have a option like that on the menu?
Need to change that. All the other competitors do.“

“Cute little place! Lots of choices on the menu. Great specials and great prices. I had a chef salad that was delicious and my husband had a guacamole Burger with coleslaw that he really liked. The strolls were all made and so good!
We did have to wait about 15 minutes or so for food as they had a lot of takeout orders on a Friday night.“

“Fantastic experience! Lacey was our server & while our steaks were overcooked at first, they were quickly corrected to perfection. Very polite service & extremely apologizetic for the first dish being overdone. We will return on our next Tyler visit!“

“When the Wife & I travel we always look for eateries unique to the area. Bodacious was not only unique to Tyler it was fantastic and the staff (mostly family) were pleasant and friendly. It will be a must for our future trips this direction.“
