“Stopped here for lunch because most of the places around this area were fast food. And very glad I did!Ribs were meaty and tender, the turkey was tasty, had an herb injection that really worked well. Brisket was good, just a tiny bit dry. Really good beans and potato salad. So much food, made 3 meals off the 3 meat plate I ordered. BlackBerry cobbler was great...even distribution of fruit and crust and not too sweet. My only minor complaint was that the dining room was kind of cramped, maybe remove a table and spread out a little. Definitely will go back when in town again.“
“I love the atomic baked potatoes! The most amazing thing to have is the Turkey! Turkey baked potato or the sliced Turkey. The service is fast and great. The sandwich called the train-wreck is surely enough to feed three people !Parking: Whitehouse, Tx, easy parkingKid-friendliness: My daughter loves the spicy mac-n-cheese! If your kids eat hot fries(chips), they will surely love the Mac n cheeseWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for a wheelchair.“
“Always our family's favorite place to eat in Whitehouse! The chopped brisket is great and the potato salad is amazing! The staff is friendly and kind. We usually do take-out (they have a drive thru). Be sure to check this place out next time you are near Whitehouse!“
“IMO, this is some of the best BBQ in East Texas. I think we have been here around 12-15 times, and the barbeque is always cooked to perfection. I usually get the brisket sandwich, and my wife actually gets the tacos. The pulled pork, slaw, motherclucker, brisket, sausage, chicken, and turkey are delicious. They have a new shrimp taco that is really good, and they now have mac n' cheese, which is really good as well. Parking can be a pain, but you can also park around back. This place gets crowded, so I try to arrive before noon. Now that I think about it, I've never had the ribs and can't wait to try them next!✌️“
“Great people, great food, and amazing banana pudding, what more could you ask for, get the turkey leg if you can!Parking: Decent amount of spots considering how tiny of the actual shop is, could be busy during specific times or seasons.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for wheelchair and handicapped parking as well“
“MUST TRY! Hands down!! I just left maybe 10 minutes ago! I had to pull over to eat after I had a small taste! Their meat is tender and full of flavor so much that I didn’t drink anything after! When I walked in I was immediately greeted and I told them this was my first time and they had no problem going over their menu! The customer service was beyond great, one gentleman got me to try a meat I would have never tried and it was GREAT! I will be going back whenever I’m in Tyler! Very happy about finding a new taco place!!!“
“This is AMAZING BBQ!! Don't expect matching chairs or air conditioning or heat- but the brisket is amazing. I'd eat it every meal. Seriously. And, if the cobbler is available- buy the pan.Vegetarian options: None available.Parking: 5 spots to park out front; get your food, eat and go or take it home to bask in the glory. You are welcome on the street too but don't block it.“
“A beautiful small town country diner. Friendly staff and tasty food, portions are not small nor too big. The pricing is what threw me back......4 adults ate breakfast for less than the cost of 2 fast food combos. Desserts are also home made an plenty to choose from. The sausage patty and biscuits and gravy were my favorite.“
“Our first time to visit the new Tyler, TX location. We had the six oz filet with a baked potato, sautéed mushrooms, and steamed broccoli. They served a small loaf of bread and butter before the meal, which was very tasty. It was a nice lunch.Parking: There is plenty of free parking around the restaurant.“
“I passed this place several times while working on a project nearby. My mouth watered each time, it smelled so good. So, I stopped on my last trip by and boy, was I not disappointed! The pulled pork sandwich was off the charts! The biggest most delicious one I've ever had! They can't be making much money putting that much meat on a sandwich! Wow!“
