“It’s been the longest day working two jobs, and I was completely drained. I pulled up to Chicken express at 9:59, not realizing they closed at 10. I felt awful once I realized, especially after ordering a made-to-cook item — but the team was so kind, patient, and went above and beyond without hesitation. They had no idea the kind of day I’d had, but they showed me grace and served with genuine kindness. God bless them — I’m truly grateful for the best service tonight!“

“I am never disappointed eating in or at the drive-through. Customer service, which is huge for me, is always on point. The food is always hot and fresh, with sides not lacking in flavor. Spicy chicken tenders are my fave and never disappoint. It's never good for me, but with an out of this world flavor, the fried apple pie will always be my favorite. Fast food prices going through the roof, at least quality here, has not suffered.
