Chicken Restaurants in Bridgeport

“While the food has always been good(not the best Bush’s, but still good) we seem to always have an issue with order accuracy. Today was no different, thankfully only one thing was wrong(ordered 2 thighs and a leg meal but got 1 thigh and 2 legs.) and we didn’t realize it until we were home. And there was a quality issue with the tender rolls my husband ordered. The tenders were so small on some of them that it was essentially just a roll and they all looked destroyed like the rolls were aggressively ripped open to put the tenders in, then thrown into the box. I know they have been busy today but please don’t take it out on the food 😅“

“I came in to eat at Bridgeport chicken express after a bad experience I had in Decatur location. The food was great, and hot like I like it. Drinks were great! Location was clean. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is to my surprise that when I was eating I see the same lady that I saw at Decatur location also working here in Bridgeport. The same thin older lady with glasses. The same lady that just seemed rude and handed me greasy food, burnt okra and a flat drink. Besides that lady every other younger female staff were friendly and they DID greet me with a smile and took my order in a proper manner. Maybe the older lady should learn from the younger females!“
