If I could put zero stars I would!!! Rolls were hard fries were cold!!! They missed half my order as well!!! Very disappointed in such a new building, we go to eat to get fresh decent food!!!
I have left a 5 star review since this new location opened, even after a handful of wrong orders on separate occasions, but for some reason this just upset me. Told me hold on she will take my order in a second. Proceeded to wait 5 minutes with my window open while its 105 degrees outside so i just drove off. Was going to get fish so thinking about the extra 10 minutes i was going to wait on top of everything helped make my decision
So I hate giving poor reviews but after asking to speak with manager realizing that the issue was a manager or the manager on duty. I felt it needed to be shared. Sitting in the drive thru after placing a large order. Watching the front passing time while sitting in drive thru line for 15 minutes the staff packaging our food we noticed was not wearing gloves which is not a big deal if using tongs to package food in to boxes but watching employee put rolls in boxes with bare hands...read full review
