I had a wonderful morning at Panera Bread Wichita Falls thanks to “Team Lead” Jess, and her Chef Alex. My wife wanted a breakfast bowl that she used to get at Panera several years ago. After explaining to Jess what she wanted, Jess said “oh, we can make that by ordering an egg white/Avocado sandwich and make some substitutions. We can “deconstruct” it and put it in a bowl.
