“Seems like some people expect more than is reasonable. Guy complained about a twenty minute wait in the drive thru. THEY ALLWAYS EXAGGERATE! Then the order is incorrect, manager fixes it and offers a coupon but that is enough for "all they out him through." I get being frustrated but sounds like dude fixed apologized and offered more to make up for it. I'm sure they aren't to messed up about you not going back.“

“Everytime we visit witchita we eat here! Service is always good ,but the owner really needs to come in and see the condition of the store. It needs a serious remodel. Building is falling apart and thr bathroom.. wow has me blown away. Owner needs to take responsibility and take care of this restaurant and stop allowing customers to eat under the conditions and having the employees work in that environment“
