The waitress and the chef were both very nice, the food tasted great. I think they may be understaffed on sushi chefs there was only 1 guy. Only 4 tables had customers and it took 2 hours for 6 rolls 😬

Shio is a restaurant that serves great food. The waitress and chef are very nice. The Korean fried wings are super crispy and the chicken and beef bowls are amazing. The sushi rolls are immaculate with great taste and presentation. Some popular rolls include the Mount Fuji roll, the Shrimp and Guac roll, the Negi Toro, and the Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice. The restaurant has a calm and relaxing atmosphere and a laid-back vibe. The service may require a little patience, but the food makes up for it. Shio is an outstanding sushi/sashimi Japanese establishment with top-notch food and a dressy-casual dress code. It is a gem in Wichita Falls and a great spot to visit. The restaurant may be hard to get into because people love it, but it is definitely worth the visit.
