“We took some friends from out of town to Shio and it exceeded everyone’s expectations. We were there for 3 hours, got a ton of food, and tried sake for the first time.
It took a long time for our order to get to our table after ordering but the waiter brought out complimentary apps to make up for it.
The Korean fried wings were super crispy. The chicken and beef bowls were amazing and the meat was tender
The apple sake was great. The hot sake wasn’t for me.
The sushi rolls were immaculate. Great taste and presentation.“

“went in for the first time tonight! I will definitely be back fresh made to order all you can eat sushi and everything was brought out quickly after order. our server was so helpful and had great knowledge and was patient with us as we decided what we like and what we don't, as well as helping us find great options for our son with shellfish allergies. 15 out of 10 and DELICIOUS will be back......got my sushi fix“
